Anthony Osuma, P.E.

President / CEO

Mr. Osuma is a licensed mechanical engineer with more than 12 years experience in the design and consulting of building systems engineering, with 7 years in the capacity of lead engineer and project manager working for major corporations in the United States. He has performed key roles in the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection disciplines and has participated in implementing the design and construction process in several projects within the industrial, pharmaceutical, educational, financial, health care, retail and commercial facilities sectors of the building trades industry. He has assisted several owners to achieve quality designs, well within their anticipated budgets and schedules. He has been involved in virtually all aspects of the project; namely the conceptual design, detailed design and construction administration phases of the project. He is experienced in specifications writing, energy modeling calculations, feasibility studies, scheduling, cost estimating, closeout documentations and commissioning.


In his positions as lead engineer and project manager, he has assisted several owners in obtaining LEED certifications for their buildings by utilizing approved methodologies of the United States Green Building Council and American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers 90.1 Standards.


Anthony earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Mr. Osuma constantly seeks to improve himself professionally by attending classes and seminars related to the engineering profession.


Mr. Osuma is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
